Shipping Policy
We ship both Fedex and UPS. Minimum rates will be as follows:
UPS
Ground $6.69 + 15% for each additional item
Next Day $28.85 = 12% for each additional item
2nd Day $16.10 + 15 % for each additional item
UPS 3rd Day Select $10.80 + 20% for each additional item
FEDX
Ground $6.69 + 15% for each additional item
FEX Next Day $38.70 + 11% for each additional item
Fedx 2nd Day 10:30 AM $16.73 + 15% for each additional item
Fedx 2nd Day 4:30PM $14.55 + 15% for each additional item
Fedx 3rd day by 4:30 PM $11.55 + 7% for each additional item
Return Policy
Please call for return approval with in 30 days of receiving your order. For approval at 1-888-333-7973 or 740-392-4888.
Tender Loving Care requests all items be returned in resaleable condition. Please be aware**** returns that are being sent back to us because of an error on our part must be shipped regular mail. Do not send them priority mail, since we are paying for the return shipping we have a right to request the shipping method. Those of you that return them UPS or FEDEX will only be credited the amount for regular shipping by USPS. Remember choosing to ship them any other way-- you do so at your expense not ours.
