Return Policy

Please call for return approval with in 30 days of receiving your order. For approval at 1-888-333-7973 or 740-392-4888.

Tender Loving Care requests all items be returned in resaleable condition. Please be aware**** returns that are being sent back to us because of an error on our part must be shipped regular mail. Do not send them priority mail, since we are paying for the return shipping we have a right to request the shipping method. Those of you that return them UPS or FEDEX will only be credited the amount for regular shipping by USPS. Remember choosing to ship them any other way-- you do so at your expense not ours.
